Arthur grew up in Northern New York, after his graduation from Cornell University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Finance and Statistics,  Arthur returned to a family owned business and served in the community on several local Boards of Directors. Arthur actively served on the town's Zoning Board of Appeals while the area went through a radical transformation during the Fort Drum expansion. 

              Art has 2 daughters that have obtained a high rate of academic achievement from among the nations most prestigious universities, his ties to academia make him knowledgeable of the states educational system. Arthur´s extensive training and experience in statistical analysis, combined with his knowledge of the educational system, has made him an invaluable asset to Real Property Enterprises.
