Real Estate Throughout the Entire 11 County Greater Capitol Region

Let's just cut to the chase! I'm simply the best listing agent in the Capitol Region!
I'm the Michaelangelo of listings, each a collection of carefully presented photographs!
Just look at my slide show here on the Home Page and any one of the searches provided on the school chart below! I caption all of my allowed 12 pictures with a caption, occassionally using a poor frame to tell a story. Generally, I bring frames underexposed up, overexposed down and provide them in a very organized format, holding the buyers interest the longest aquiring more showings. I simply cheat, using todays technology to the benefit of my clients.

The smallest school, Green Island only had 24 students in its starting graduating class. To accommadate anomalies in school districts of less than 67(In Red) a weighted average of .4 of 2006, .3 of 2005 and .2 of 2004 was used.
Data from Schools 67-99 students (in Green) has been weighted 2/3 2006 1/3 2005

A note from the author: Trained in statistics, I recognize certain problems with my statistical analysis! There may be no statistical significance between schools close to one another in Rank, as standard deviations were not calculated. I CAUTION THE READER NOT TO CONSIDER 2 CLOSELY RANKED SCHOOLS ONE AS BEING SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER. We question whether schools under 150 or perhaps 200 students should not be averaged, feel free to log on to the 2005 and 2004 4-County Capitol Region School Reports! our ranking is somewhat arbitrary. I like to think the proof in the puding, high graduation rates with students attending college after graduation being proof a school educating, preparing them for later life, we've designated 1/3 of our ranking to each! We think student teacher ratios important and still value a Regents diploma over a school diploma, that certain institutions of higher learning, particularly those in NY. Though we consider these elements important, we have chosen to only value them at 1/6, half that of graduation rates and college attendance, perhaps that high!
What doesn't the ranking include? If you have pre-schoolers, there is no value placed on pre-K and Kindergarten programs, with schools varrying in these 2 elements! The lack of full day kindergartens and / or a pre-K program might result in students falling behind their Pre-K counter parts with the eventual result of graduation and College attendance declining (eventual decay). For the 2 income family, a year of day care can be expensive! Is there a college that does not require a computer of its freshman? Computer literacy was not factored! Some schools have AP college courses, perhaps most, AP can trim a semester or perhaps even 2 from the high cost of college reducing the cost of college significantly. If these or other factors regarding Capitol Region Schools be of major consequence, I suggest you research each more fully, each of the schools listed has a respective web site.
